Concord Lamp & Shade Covid-19 Update

Welcome Back!

Phase I

Effective May 25, we are open for contactless / curbside pick-ups and drop-offs. To ensure the health and safety of our customers and our employees, we ask you to make an appointment for your pick-ups or drop-offs of either lamps or lampshades in the calendar below, or by calling the store - (978) 369-3000. Appointments are available in 15-minute increments to maximize the possibility of successful social distancing, and so that we can be ready to quickly service your needs. Our hours during this abbreviated period are Wednesday – Saturday, noon to 5pm.

Lamp Repairs

Pickups:
Please call the store prior to picking up your lamp at the scheduled time so that we can pull your lamp from the repair area and process the charge. Close to the time of your arrival, we will place the lamp and charge receipt just outside our door, ready for you to retrieve.

Drop-offs:
Please attach your name and contact information to your lamp(s), including both phone number and email address. We plan to meet you at the door at your scheduled drop-off time so we can give you a repair receipt for your use and records. We will contact you when the repair is completed so that you can schedule a pick-up.

Lampshades

Pickups:
Please call the store prior to picking up your lampshade(s) at the scheduled time so that we can wrap your shade and process the charge. Close to the time of your arrival, we will place the lampshade(s) and charge receipt just outside our door, ready for you to retrieve.

Drop-offs:
If you are looking for an exact replacement of your lampshade, you can drop-off your existing lampshade and we will do the research to assess cost and timing. Please attach your name and contact information to your lampshade(s), including both phone number and email address. Our plan is to meet you at the door when you are scheduled for your drop-off so that we can give you a receipt for your use and records. We will contact you once we have the repair / replacement information available so that you can make a decision on how / whether to proceed.

We are accepting orders through our website, and would be happy to have you come visit us at www.concordlampandshade.com. We will process your orders as quickly as possible.
