Effective June 8, we are re-opening on a limited basis, as well as continuing to provide “contact-less” curb-side pick-ups or drop-offs. To ensure the health and safety of you and our employees, we ask you to make an appointment in the calendar below for any of our store services. If you wish to come into the store to select a new lampshade, or want to browse our lamp and lighting displays or pick-up or drop-off your lamps or lampshades for repair, please note your specific lighting request when you make your appointment. If you prefer curb-side service, please note that as well.
You may make an appointment in the calendar below, or by calling the store - (978) 369-3000. Appointments are available in 15-minute increments to maximize the possibility of successful social distancing, and so that we can be ready to quickly service your needs. You may also book more than one 15-minute slot if you think you may need more time to select a new lampshade(s). Our hours during this period are Wednesday – Thursday, 1 to 5pm and Friday – Saturday, 10-5pm.
Some additional notes:
Please call the store prior to picking up your lamp at the scheduled time so that we can pull your lamp from the repair area and process the charge. Close to the time of your arrival, we will place the lamp and charge receipt just outside our door, ready for you to retrieve.
Please attach your name and contact information to your lamp(s), including both phone number and email address. We plan to meet you at the door at your scheduled drop-off time so we can give you a repair receipt for your use and records. We will contact you when the repair is completed so that you can schedule a pick-up.
Please call the store prior to picking up your lampshade(s) at the scheduled time so that we can wrap your shade and process the charge. Close to the time of your arrival, we will place the lampshade(s) and charge receipt just outside our door, ready for you to retrieve.

We are ready to help you with whatever your lighting needs might be – a new shade(s), looking for / purchasing a new lamp(s) or light(s), dropping off or picking up a lamp repair, or perhaps a one on one consult to select the right lighting solutions for any room in your house. Just let us know how we can best service you.
