The Extra Deep Cylinder Silk lampshade is the longest variation of the classic Silk Drum style lampshade. Like the Silk Drum shade, and the Silk Cylinder lampshades, the Extra Deep Silk Cylinder lampshade appears to have equally sized openings at the top and the bottom, but typically, the diameter of the opening at the top of the Extra Deep Cylinder Silk lampshade is an inch smaller than the diameter of the lampshade at the bottom. The Silk Cylinder lampshade style is a classic, and reminds us of the lamp and shade styles of the 50’s and 60’s – the “retro 50’s” style that has re-emerged in recent years.
