Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel an order that has not shipped from the manufacturer, please call us at 978.369.3000. Upon notification, we will submit a request to the manufacturer for cancellation. You will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation request followed by another email either confirming or stating that we were unable to cancel your order. Please allow up to 72 hours to confirm cancellation.

Please note that some items may have already shipped from the manufacturer and are en route to you. In such case, cancellation fees will apply.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or rerouted. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the “Return Policy” guidelines.

Do not refuse delivery of non-damaged product as this may result in a 50% restocking fee. Refusing delivery may also result in the loss of your product and may prevent the possibility of a refund. You may also be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Items that are custom ordered cannot be cancelled.
