Silk Oval Lampshades

The silk oval lampshade shape is a closed circular form in which the width of the lampshade is greater than the depth of the lampshade. While the general shape prevails, the oval lampshade styles include ones that vary in height, have galleries or curves, are scalloped or are more narrow and drum-like. As with all silk lampshades, the silk oval lampshades are built on a frame where the top ring is connected to the bottom ring by a series of vertical wires, and the inside is lined with a fabric.
